People have sought art therapy with me for a variety of reasons:

- Chronic pain
- Self-esteem issues
- Stress
- Trauma and PTSD
- Family violence
- Family breakdown
Some examples of possible art therapy sessions available include:
- Individual art therapy sessions for 10 weeks for an individual who wants to work on some previous trauma they have experienced.
- Long-term individual art therapy for a client who is experiencing mental health issues.
- 4 sessions for an individual who would like to learn some relaxation techniques.
- Group workshops for people who suffer from chronic pain.
- Team building workshops, focused on fun and stress-relief.
- Groups for children who have experienced family violence or family separation.
- Individual therapy for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The approach used considers relaxation techniques and mindfulness, as well as using art making to express emotions and inner content that cannot easily be put into words.
